- It is concentrated paste with the texture of thick cream cheese.
- It holds is shape yet is easy to pull or cut off smaller pieces.
- You can dissolve the entire bar or dissolve small amounts to make the amount of liquid hand soap you need.
- Unscented option. Add a few drops of your favorite essential oil for scent.
HOW TO USE: MUST DISSOLVE FIRST! (makes one gallon of liquid hand soap) You determine the dilution ratio based on how bubbly you like your hand soap. A good starting dilution ratio is to cut the bar into 8 equal parts. Cut the bar in half long way, then cut the bar in half two times on the short side. That will give you 8 equal pieces.
- Drop one part (about .35 gram) into 2 cups of water.
- Let sit until dissolved.
- For unscented, add 5 – 10 drops of your favorite essential oils for scent.
- Fill your container and dispense as usual.

Great question. It’s not actually ingredients in soap that kills germs is the molecular makeup of soap that does it. Simply put, the soap attaches to the pathogens on your skin and they rinse away with the water. The molecular make-up of soap is why soap is so effective at removing germs from your skin.
How do I use the hand wash concentrate?
You can dissolve the entire bar at one time making one gallon or cut it into pieces to make less. We would recommend making a smaller batch first to make sure you like the bubbliness. Cut the bar into 8 equal pieces and drop one piece into 2 cups of water and let it dissolve in regular water. Fill you dispenser and then you can decide if you want it more creamy/bubbly or less. That will determine if you use more or less water when you dissolve the next piece).
Is the hand wash effective as a liquid body wash?
Once dissolved, the hand soap can be used as an effective body wash. The all-natural ingredients work on all skin.
How quickly must the hand soap be used once it is dissolved?
Use the liquid hand soap within 3-4 months.
How long will the bar last before I must dissolve it?
The shelf life of the Hand Soap Concentrate is two years. After that time, oils in the bar can start to turn rancid in smell. The soap is still effective. Once dissolved, please use the liquid within 3-4 months.
What kind of dispenser can I use for the hand soap concentrate?
There are many types of foaming pumping dispensers on the market, we prefer to recommend using Tangie Hand Soap Paste with a foaming pumper. We recommend you refill a dispenser you already own, but keep in mind, the thein consistency of the dissolved hand soap concentrate works consistently well in foaming pumpers.
