Not just for canning jars! This dispenser lid fits many food jars too. Try an empty Veganasie jar, pasta jar, and any other one you might have that has a standard size canning lid neck. This will NOT fit a wide mouth jar.
The cap makes measuring one ounce of liquid laundry soap easy! Simply pour the amount of laundry soap you need into the cap then empty the cap into your washing machine as recommended by the manufacturer.
Make the amount that works for your space and amount you want to handle. You can cut the bar into smaller pieces to make sure you only dissolve enough liquid that is easy for you to lift in one container.
Cutting the bar in half allows you to dissolve the bar in 64-ounces of water. Keep cutting the bar smaller to reduce the amount of water. This will allow you to make the amount that works for you.
Depending on the size load you are washing, we recommend you start with one ounce of liquid laundry soap.
If your clothes are not very stinky or oily, try using one-half ounce. You will be surprised on well a little bit works! Adjust accordingly for your load and machine size.

Yes! Our zero waste laundry detergent worsk great for hand washing because it is a low suds formula. It cleans and rinses easily. Start with < ¼ ounce of liquid soap and change the amount based on how many items you are washing together.
Sometimes you need to do laundry right away. We get it! Our zero waste laundry detergent is a concentrated paste and takes a several hours for one bar to completely dissolve. If you need soap sooner, cut the bar into 16 pieces and dissolve one piece in glass with 8 ounces of warm water. Stir it around a few times and it will be dissolved in about an hour.
